I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The location of this place is simply fantastic, right in the heart of the town, with everything practically around the corner. It was so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families.

Really helpful staff. Spacious, stylish and clean rooms. Great facilities: sauna, jacuzzi. Very good breakfast. Convenient parking access. Nice view on Bahnhofstrasse. Really good and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and nice facilities. Good value overall.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, right in the heart of downtown, close to several shops and public transport. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had a cozy traditional feel to it. The continental breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection of items to choose from.
Our stay during the Christmas holiday was not entirely satisfying. The heating in our room was not working properly, and it was extremely cold during the night. The bathroom was not clean and the towels were worn out and had holes. the hotel lacked the necessary upkeep and maintenance.

Conveniently located close to shops and public transport. the breakfast spread was impressive with both hot and cold options and a lovely ambience in the breakfast room. Also appreciated the little touches, such as a welcome drink on arrival and weather forecast at breakfast.
The room felt dated and in need of renovation, with worn out furnishings and poor quality toiletries. the staff was struggling to cope with the number of guests, leading to a chaotic and unpleasant dining experience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the heart of the city and close to the shopping center. The parking facilities were convenient and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a fridge, and the breakfast in the bright and cute breakfast room was really good.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

This hotel is ideally located near the center of downtown and close to the old town center, making it perfect for exploring the city. It is also conveniently located close to shops and transport. the hotel offers a delightful breakfast spread with a variety of dishes to choose from including an array of cold and hot food options. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout the stay.
The spa facilities may not be up to par with other amenities available in the hotel.
